Additional Information Following Today's Press Conference 09-24-2021

Concord, N.H. – The New Hampshire Department of Safety Division of State Police releases additional information following today’s press conference. As released at the press conference, Craig Sprowl, age 45 of Dover NH, was arrested in connection with the September 21, 2021 fatal hit and run crash in Kingston, NH. Mr. Sprowl was taken into custody at the Motel 6 in Portsmouth, NH. He is charged in Rockingham Superior Court with Negligent Homicide (RSA 630:3) and Conduct After an Accident (RSA 264:25). The Rockingham County Attorney will be the prosecuting authority for these charges.
