Aggravated DUI/Speed, Interstate 393 East, Concord, NH

On Friday, May 22, 2020 at approximately 12:00am, Trooper Kenneth McGrath was on patrol on Interstate 393 in Concord, NH when he observed a vehicle operating hazardously and traveling at a high rate of speed.

Trooper McGrath was able to obtain a vehicle speed reading of 91mph in a posted 55mph zone. After catching up to the vehicle and conducting a motor vehicle stop, Trooper McGrath made contact with the operator.

Upon making contact, Trooper McGrath observed signs of impairment and conducted a roadside investigation. The investigation revealed that the operator was driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. The operator was subsequently arrested and transported to NHSP Troop D for processing where he refused to cooperate with any testing process.

Age: 49
Chichester, NH

ODonnell was processed and bailed and will be arraigned in the Concord District Court on the following charges:
