Aggravated DUI/Speed, Interstate 93 North, Bow, NH

On Sunday July 5, 2020 at approximately 3:25am, Trooper Daniel Livingstone was on patrol on Interstate 93 in Bow, NH when he observed a vehicle operating hazardously and traveling at a high rate of speed.

Trooper Livingstone was able to obtain a vehicle speed reading of 112mph in a posted 55mph zone. After catching up to the vehicle and conducting a motor vehicle stop, Trooper Livingstone made contact with the operator.

Upon making contact, Trooper Livingstone observed signs of impairment and conducted a roadside investigation. The investigation revealed that the operator was driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. The operator was subsequently arrested and transported to NHSP Troop D for processing where he refused to cooperate with any testing process.

The operator was identified as:

Age: 27
Schenectady, NY

DaSilva-Costa was processed and bailed and will be arraigned in the Concord District Court on the following charges:
