Aggravated DWI Arrest
CONCORD, New Hampshire – At approximately 10:00 p.m., on September 19, 2023, Trooper Zachary Bilotta of the New Hampshire State Police Troop D Barracks was monitoring traffic on Interstate 93 north in the city of Concord. While doing so, he observed a vehicle traveling north at an excessively high rate of speed and was able to ascertain the vehicles speed at 136 MPH using his cruiser mounted radar. Trooper Bilotta stopped the vehicle a short time later, making contact with the operator who was identified as:

Trooper Bilotta observed indicators of impairment and conducted a roadside DWI investigation. At the conclusion of the investigation, GAY was placed under arrest for Aggravated Driving While Under the Influence and Reckless Operation.
GAY was transported to the Troop D Barracks in Concord, where he was bailed and later released on his own Personal Recognizance.
