Body Recovered - Merrimack River, Manchester

On Thursday 12/30/2021 at approximately 1130 hours the body of a male was observed in the Merrimack River under the Granite Street bridge in the City of Manchester. Manchester Fire Department, Manchester Police and New Hampshire Marine Patrol responded to the scene.

At this time the incident is under investigation and foul play is not expected. The deceased was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for autopsy and positive identification.
