Crash Involving a Commercial Motor Vehicle - Jefferson

Jefferson, New Hampshire – On May 31, 2022 at approximately 12:49 PM Troopers from New Hampshire State Police Troop F and the Troop G – Motor Carrier Enforcement Unit were dispatched to the area of Norton Road, located off Route 115 in the town of Jefferson, for a report of a commercial motor vehicle related crash.

Responding personnel observed a single tractor-trailer, owned and operated by Govoni Forestry Products, LLC of Forestdale, Massachusetts, that had left the roadway and rolled over.

 The operator of the tractor-trailer: Neil C. Marston, Age: 61, Dorchester, NH, was transported from the scene with non-life threatening injuries.

All aspects of the crash are currently under investigation. State Police is requesting that anyone who may have witnessed the crash contact the investigating Trooper Neil Chapdelaine at Neil.R.Chapdelaine@dos.nh.gov.
