RUMNEY, N.H. – One person was taken into custody following a pursuit in Concord.
Just after 8 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 23, 2024, the New Hampshire State Police and the Concord Police Department collaborated on an operation, originating in Rumney, to locate an individual identified as Charles Cutting II, 37, of Rumney. As a result of the incident, Cutting was charged with disobeying an officer, two counts of reckless conduct, and reckless operation.
