DUI Arrest

dui suspect troy adams Bow, New Hampshire – On January 26, 2023, at approximately 4:17 PM, Troopers from the New Hampshire State Police Troop D barracks observed a FedEx truck come close to striking a guardrail and operating erratically on Interstate 93 southbound in Bow.

The Troopers conducted a traffic stop with the truck; however, the operator failed to put the truck in park and it rolled ahead until he was instructed to stop it and put it in park. The Troopers then initiated a DUI investigation which resulted in the driver being arrested for DUI. An additional Open Container charge was added when an open bottle of Vodka was located in the passenger compartment of the truck.

The driver was identified as Troy Adams, age 48, of Nashua, NH. He was charged with DUI, Reckless Operation, Open Container, and Lane Control.
