DWI-Motor Vehicle Accident, Route 103 West, Warner, NH

On September 6, 2020 at approximately 2:45am, NHSP Troop D responded to the report of a motor vehicle accident on Route 103 West in Warner, NH. Upon arrival, Troopers located a vehicle blocking the westbound lane of travel with extensive damage.

The operator of the vehicle was identified as:

JUTRAS, Christopher
Age: 38
Warner, NH

An investigation revealed that JUTRAS had struck a tension cable guardrail miles before coming a stop on Route 103.

As a result of the investigation, it was discovered that JUTRAS was operating while under the influence of alcohol. Additionally, JUTRAS was found to be in possession of a stolen firearm. JUTRAS was transported to NHSP Troop D where he refused all testing.

JUTRAS will be arraigned in the Merrimack Superior Court on the following charges:

• DUI Impairment
• Receiving Stolen Property
• Felon in Possession
• Conduct after a Motor Vehicle accident
