DWI Saturation Patrol, Greater Concord, NH Area

On Saturday, July 3, 2020 the New Hampshire State Police, Troop D conducted a DWI Saturation Patrol in the Greater Concord area, State Troopers, stopped 95 vehicles which resulted in several arrests.

Persons charged included:

Richardson, David
Age: 25
Concord, NH
Charges: Driving Under the Influence & Open Container of Alcohol

Bergeron, Adam
Age: 44
Loudon, NH
Charges: Driving Under the Influence

Guzman, Nadia E.
Age 27
Rochester, NH
Charges: Warrant – Theft by unauthorized taking (Mis A)

Rafael Mortan
Age: 38
Manchester, NH
Charges: DVO Violation

Additionally, one vehicle was seized pending a narcotics investigation; two motorists were charged with Reckless Driving as well as another for Operating After Suspension.

Troopers issued a total of 5 Must-Appear citations.

The New Hampshire State Police has taken an aggressive stance to prevent persons from driving when impaired. New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight impaired driving and the law enforcement community will use those tools to their fullest extent to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways.
