DWI Saturation Patrol, Southern Rockingham County

On July 23rd, 2021, Troopers from New Hampshire State Police Troop-A, in conjunction with Officers from the Seabrook Police Department, participated in a “DWI Saturation Patrol” throughout southern Rockingham County. As a result of this patrol, a total of 108 motor vehicle stops were conducted, resulting in the issuance of 97 warnings and 11 citations for various motor vehicle infractions.  In addition, 4 individuals were arrested for various offenses as follows:

Aggravated DWI (Passenger Under 16)
DWI (Second Offense)

Jonathan Dobson
Age 36
Manchester, NH
Aggravated DWI (.16 BrAC or greater)

Lubens Figaro
Age 29
Everett, MA
Reckless Operation (115MPH on I-95)

*Additionally, a 17-year old juvenile party was arrested for a drug offense

Szczebak and Dobson were processed and released on personal recognizance bail pending an appearance in the 10th Circuit Court – District Division – Hampton on August 12th, 2021. Figaro was processed and released on a summons to appear in the 10th Circuit Court – District Division – Hampton on September 23rd, 2021. The juvenile party was released pending further proceedings.
