Fatal Motor Vehicle Accident - Interstate 93 North, Manchester

On Sunday, October 19, 2019, at approximately 11:45 PM, Troopers of the New Hampshire State Police Troop B barracks in Bedford, NH, responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on the Northbound side of the F.E. Everett Turnpike in Nashua, at approximately mile marker 0.6.

Upon arrival, Troopers determined that a vehicle driven by Shaw, Sarah E., 36 Years old, Nashua, NH, was traveling North and struck a motorist that was standing outside of his disabled vehicle.

The victim was identified as Konda, Osman, 53 YOA, Nashua NH.

Konda was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash and Troopers subsequently placed SHAW under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.

The 2 right hand travel lanes on the Turnpike were closed for approximately 4 hours, while the State Police CAR Team processed the scene. Assisting the Troopers on scene were officers from Nashua PD, Nashua Fire Department and personnel from NHDOT and AMR.
