Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash

Northfield, – On April 20, 2023, at approximately 3:17 p.m., Troopers from the New Hampshire State Police Troop D barracks responded to the report of a motor vehicle rollover on Interstate 93 south in Northfield, NH.

The operator of the vehicle, Vaughan Stiles, age 69, of Lisbon, New Hampshire was pronounced deceased at the scene. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle had been traveling south when it drove off the left side of the roadway and rolled over. There were no other vehicles or injuries reported as a result of this crash.

The high-speed lane of the interstate remained closed for approximately two and a half hours as troopers conducted the crash investigation.
