Joint Criminal Investigation for Shooting Incident

Plymouth, New Hampshire – On June 1, 2022 at approximately 6:47PM, the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to a 911 call at 30 Highland Terrace in Plymouth for the report of a 33 year old male who had been shot. A joint investigation between the New Hampshire State Police and the Plymouth Police Department ensued.

The investigation established probable cause that Kegan O’Neil, Age: 24, Plymouth, NH, had shot the male victim. The victim received life threatening injuries but is currently stable.

On June 2, 2022 at approximately 6:15 PM, Mr. O’Neil was taken into custody in Meredith, NH. He faces charges for First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault and Reckless Conduct.

The NH State Police Troop F were assisted by the Plymouth Police Department, NH State Police Major Crime Unit, Belknap Special Operations Group, Plymouth EMS, Plymouth Fire Department, and the Grafton County Attorney’s Office.
