Man Arrested for Aiding Another in Attempt to Obtain NH Driver's License Using Fraudulent Documents

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire – On December 11, 2023, members of the New Hampshire State Police Troop G – Investigations Unit, arrested Peter MARX, age 64, of Fort Myers, Florida.  Investigators received information and discovered that MARX had provided fraudulent documents, which were submitted to the Manchester Division of Motor Vehicles, for the purpose of another to obtain a New Hampshire driver’s license.  

MARX was taken into custody without incident and charged with two counts of Tampering with Public Records or Information.  He will be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court – District Division – Manchester on February 12, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.
