Massachusetts Man Arrested For Using Fraudulent Documents To Obtain Vehicle Registrations

NASHUA, N.H. – The New Hampshire State Police recently received information that a person had submitted fraudulent documents to the Nashua City Clerk’s Office for the purpose of obtaining multiple New Hampshire motor vehicle registrations.
As a result of an investigation, earlier today, April 24, members of the Troop G Investigations Unit arrested Christopher Chiras, 48, of Worcester, Massachusetts.
Chiras was taken into custody without incident and is charged with two counts of tampering with public records or information, two counts of forgery, and 19 counts of unsworn falsification. He is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court in Nashua on June 12 at 8:15 a.m.
