Missing Vulnerable Adult ALERT - FOUND

Update 07-21-2021: Shawn Kelly MCCONAHA, Age 61 of Franklin, New Hampshire has been located and the Silver Alert has been cancelled.

*** Missing Vulnerable Adult ALERT ***

At the request of the Franklin, New Hampshire Police Department, The New Hampshire State Police has
authorized an activation of the Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert System. Law Enforcement is asking the public for assistance in location the following missing person:

Shawn Kelly MCCONAHA, Age 61 of Franklin, New Hampshire. MCCONAHA was last seen leaving his residence at 40 Timberland Drive in Franklin on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at approximately 1200 hours. MCCONAHA was wearing jeans and a grey t-shirt. MCCONAHA suffers from mental and cognitive disabilities. MCCONAHA has been known to hitchhike and accept rides from strangers.
