Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert - Manchester

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire - At the request of the Manchester Police Department, the New Hampshire State Police has authorized an activation of the Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert System. Law Enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following missing vulnerable adult:

Age: 80
5’8”
167 pounds
Gray Hair
Green Eyes

Mr. DION was reported missing to the Manchester Police Department, today, November 14, 2023, at approximately 7:00 a.m., by his family. Mr. DION was last seen on Monday, November 13, 2023, at approximately 11:00 p.m., walking away from his residence on Valley West Way in the City of Manchester on foot. Mr. DION was last seen wearing a pale blue sweatshirt, blue pajamas, and slipper socks.
