Motor Vehicle Crash

Manchester, New Hampshire – On Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at approximately 10:36 PM, the New Hampshire State Police Troop B responded to a motor vehicle crash on Raymond Wieczorek Drive in the City of Manchester, New Hampshire near the intersection of Roundstone Drive.

Upon arrival it was determined that a 2007 Chevy pickup truck was disabled near the center median of Raymond Wieczorek Drive, just west of the Roundstone Drive intersection. A 2016 Honda Civic had stopped to assist the pickup truck when a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta collided with the pickup truck and ultimately struck the operator of the Honda Civic, who was out of his vehicle at the time.

The victim was identified as Jonathan Griffin, Age: 18, Auburn, New Hampshire.

The operator of the Volkswagen Jetta remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.

At the request of the New Hampshire State Police Troop B, the Collision Analysis & Reconstruction (C.A.R.) Unit responded to the scene and assumed the lead of the investigation. The C.A.R. Unit was assisted on scene by New Hampshire State Police Troop B, the Londonderry Fire Department, and New Hampshire Department of Transportation.
