Motor Vehicle Rollover - Interstate 93 North, Londonderry

On February 10th, 2021 at approximately 9:45 AM, Troopers from the New Hampshire State Police Troop B Barracks along with fire and medical personnel from the Londonderry Fire Department responded to the report of a single motor vehicle rollover Interstate 93 North near miler marker 17 in Londonderry.

Upon arrival, it was determined that a 2005 Volvo XC70 had lost control, struck the left guard rail, rolled over and came to rest in the high speed lane. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Suzanne Attwood, Age 72, Marblehead, MA.

As a result of the crash the operator was transported to the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH for non-life threating injuries. The high speed lane and middle lane were shut down for approximately 1 hour while emergency personnel worked the scene and the tow agency removed the Volvo.

Preliminary investigation indicates that the accident occurred while the operator attempted a lane change, however, all aspects remain under investigation and anyone who may have witnessed it is asked to contact Trooper T. Repucci at Timothy.Repucci@dos.nh.gov or 603-223-8836.
