Multi Count Indictment for Producing Fraudulent Documents to the DMV

Robert Kjellander booking photoConcord, NH – On April 12, 2022, detectives of the New Hampshire State Police, Troop G – Investigations Unit secured an indictment on Robert L Kjellander, 67, of Meredith, New Hampshire. Investigators had discovered that Kjellander had submitted fraudulent documents to the Division of Motor Vehicles in order to obtain motor vehicle registrations on multiple vehicles.

An indictment was secured in Merrimack County Superior Court on (12) counts of Forgery, a class B felony. Other charges include (12) counts of Tampering with Public Records, a class B misdemeanor.

The New Hampshire State Police Troop G – Investigations Unit is comprised of highly skilled Troopers who are assigned to the Division of Motor Vehicles. They have received specialized training in the detection of fraudulent documentation and are often called upon for their expertise in this area.
