NH SILVER ALERT - Missing Vulnerable Adult, Durham

Update – Mr. Smith has been safely located. The Missing Vulnerable Adult/Silver Alert has been cancelled.

Durham, New Hampshire – At the request of the Durham, NH Police Department, the New Hampshire State Police has authorized an activation of the Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert/SILVER Alert System. Law Enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following missing vulnerable adult:

  • Terry Smith
    • Age: 63
    • 5' 10"
    • 176
    • Brown eyes
    • White hair

Mr. Smith was reported missing on today’s date, July 28, 2022, at approximately 4:30 PM. He was last seen walking from his residence on Mast Road in Durham. He was wearing a light blue t-shirt, navy track style pants with stripes and a Denver Broncos baseball hat.

Mr. Smith has dementia and a past traumatic brain injury.
