At approximately 10:15 hours on Wednesday September 2, 2020, Sgt. The vehicle then turned in to Reagan Estates and pulled behind a residence at 12 Dudley Court, where the three occupants fled from the vehicle. It was quickly learned that this same vehicle and occupants had just fled from the Dover Police Department after the Dover Police Department had attempted to stop the vehicle on Central Ave. in Dover.
