Reckless Driving Arrest
On the morning of January 1, 2020 members of Troop-A, Troop-G, The Special Enforcement Unit and The Mobile Enforcement Unit, combined efforts from 0400-1200 and worked the Troop-A Area in an effort to reduce highway crashes.
These Troopers worked with the State Police Aircraft on Interstate 95, Route 16, and Route 101.
Troopers stopped 182 vehicles for various violations.
The following individuals were arrested,
- Michael Tzelias, age 30 of Lowell, MA for Aggravated DWI
- Renee Schneider, age 22 of Nashua, NH for DWI
- Erika Grand, age 22 of Strafford, NH for DWI
- Ethen Lawrence, age 20 of Barrington, NH for Reckless Operation
- Timothy Holmes, age 28 of Manchester, NH for Reckless Operation
- Jenna Fogg, age 34 of Seabrook, NH for Operating after suspension, driving without giving proof and driving with suspended registration
- Afsheen Zarrin, age 18 of Salem NH, for minor in possession of alcohol
- Nyha Washington, age 18 of Springfield MA, for minor in possession of alcohol
- Corey Jones, age 35 of Manchester, NH for Operating after Suspension
The NH State Police regularly interdicts elevated speed violations and other aggressive and impaired driving behaviors. Troopers patrol across the state often utilizing the State Police aircraft during commuter traffic periods and holiday travel times with the goal of keeping New Hampshire's roadways safe for all residents and visitors.
