Reckless Operation Arrest

TAMWORTH, New Hampshire - On Thursday, September 14, 2023, at approximately 12:09 p.m., Trooper Jevin Fortin was on patrol on Route 16 in Tamworth. During this time, Trooper Fortin observed a blue SUV traveling northbound at a high rate of speed.  The initial speed of the blue SUV was clocked 99 MPH and increasing up to 105 MPH, in a posted 55 MPH zone.  Trooper Fortin activated his emergency blue lights and stopped the motor vehicle.  The operator was identified as:

Shea was processed and bailed for Reckless Operation with a court date of November 8, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the 3rd Circuit District Court in Ossipee.
