Reckless Operation Arrest

ALTON, New Hampshire - On Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at approximately 2:50 p.m., Trooper First Class Eric Call of the New Hampshire State Police Troop E Barracks was on patrol traveling East on Route 11 in Alton, NH.  During this time, Trooper First Class Call observed a Green Subaru traveling recklessly at a high rate of speed and passing three other vehicles in the breakdown lane traveling West on Route 11.  The Green Subaru forced two of these vehicles to take evasive action to prevent a collision.  The Green Subaru may have caused contact with one of the vehicles that it was passing in the breakdown lane.  The initial speed of the Green Subaru was clocked at 70 MPH, in a posted 55 MPH zone.  Trooper First Class Call activated his emergency blue lights and stopped the motor vehicle.  With the vehicle stopped, a passing motorist informed Trooper First Class Call that the Subaru tried to run her off the road.  The operator of the Subaru was identified as:

After a roadside investigation, KIMBALL was arrested and transported to the New Durham Police Department.  She was processed and bailed for Reckless Operation with a court date of December 14, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. in the 4th Circuit District Court in Laconia.  Anyone who may have witnessed the Reckless Operation are encouraged to contact Trooper First Class Call at Eric.J.Call@dos.nh.gov or (603) 223-6191.
