Saturation Patrol, Manchester
On Friday, August 28, 2020 the New Hampshire State Police Troop B Barracks in Bedford conducted a DWI Saturation Patrol throughout the greater Manchester area. DWI Saturation Patrols are an initiative approved by the NH Highway Safety Agency and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and they are supported by federal highway safety funds.
During this Saturation Patrol, State Troopers stopped a total of 54 vehicles which resulted in 8 arrests and a combination of citations and warnings for a variety of different hazardous moving violations. Another 5 operators were administered field sobriety tests and determined to be safe to drive. Of the individuals arrested, 4 of them were traveling 100MPH or greater at the time of the stop.
One subject was taken into Protective Custody and released without charges. The persons charged included:

The New Hampshire State Police continues to take an aggressive stance to prevent persons from driving while impaired and to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways.
