Search Warrant and Arrests - Franklin

On Wednesday, October 16, 2019, the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics Investigations Unit and Mobile Enforcement Unit, along with members of the Franklin Police Department, arrested the following subject for sale of a narcotic drug (fentanyl) Erica Savage, 41 years old, 72 River Street, Franklin, New Hampshire.

After Savage was taken into custody, a search warrant was executed at her 72 River Street residence. The search revealed over 40 grams of fentanyl and over an ounce of methamphetamine. During the warrant service, the following individual was located inside, and subsequently taken into custody without incident for possession with intent to distribute a narcotic drug (methamphetamine) Corey Vigue, 43 years old, Transient.

Savage and Vigue were transported to the Franklin Police Department where Vigue was released on personal recognizance bail with a Merrimack County Superior Court date of October 31, 2019 for arraignment. Savage is being held on preventative detention and is scheduled to appear at the Merrimack County Superior Court on October 17, 2019 for arraignment. These warrants were the result of a joint narcotics investigation conducted over the past several months. The collaborative effort of the participating law enforcement agencies was essential in bringing this investigation to a successful conclusion.
