Second Degree Assault Arrest

LANDAFF, New Hampshire - On October 9, 2023, the New Hampshire State Police Troop F conducted an investigation into a shooting incident.  As a result of that investigation conducted by uniformed patrol and the detective bureau, the following subject was arrested:

Richard Knight
Age:  55
Bethlehem, NH

Knight was charged with one count of second-degree assault, one count of felon in possession of a deadly weapon, and one count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. He was held on preventative detention at the Grafton County House of Corrections until October 11, 2023, when he posted the $1,000 cash bail and was released.
