Seven Arrested During Saturation Patrol
Troop D
CONCORD, N.H. – Seven drivers were arrested during a saturation patrol carried out by State Troopers assigned to the Troop D barracks.
On August 31, 2024, beginning in the evening hours, State Troopers conducted a high visibility saturation patrol to deter and detect impaired drivers in the Greater Concord area including Interstate 93, Interstate 89, and Interstate 393.
During a saturation patrol, multiple Troopers focus on motor vehicle enforcement within a specific area. Every vehicle or driver encountered by the Trooper is stopped due to a motor vehicle violation. This patrol method involves actively monitoring and enforcing traffic laws across the designated areas. This initiative was sponsored and funded by the New Hampshire Office of Highway Safety and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
During this saturation patrol, 66 vehicles were stopped, and seven arrests were made.
The following individuals were arrested during the patrol:
- Willy Semuhungu, 34, of Concord, NH – DUI-Aggravated (30+ MPH over speed limit), DUI- 2nd Offense;
- Jordan Brewer, 30, of Salem, NH – DUI;
- Nicole Grady, 35, of Pembroke, NH – DUI;
- Rianna Martin, 38, of Manchester, NH – DUI;
- Casey Hynes, 33, of Concord, NH – Operating after Certified Habitual Offender;
- Brian Soucy, 52, of Hooksett, NH – DUI, Operating after Suspension; and
- Patrick Desjardins, 25, of Concord, NH – Reckless Operation
Troopers will continue conducting similar enforcement efforts throughout the state.
