Northfield, New Hampshire – On July 17, 2022, at approximately 5:30 PM, the New Hampshire State Police - Troop D barracks was advised by the New Hampshire State Police – Troop F barracks to be on the lookout for a vehicle that was reported stolen from Stewartstown, NH. The vehicle was identified as a silver 2001 Toyota Tacoma.

A short time later, the vehicle was located off the side of I-93 southbound in the Town of Northfield, NH. A witness informed troopers they saw one male with the vehicle around 5:00 PM. A State Police canine was called in, to perform a track of the suspect. The track led Troopers north into the Town of Northfield, NH. During this time the Northfield Police Department received a call of a male attempting to steal a lawn mower. Troopers from Troop D along with the Northfield Police Department set up a perimeter in the area. Soon after, the subject was located by Troopers and taken into custody.
