Troop B Saturation Patrol

BEDFORD, New Hampshire – On Saturday, March 16, 2024 Troopers from the New Hampshire State Police Troop B barracks executed a high visibility saturation patrol on the Everett Turnpike, I-293 and I-93 that continued into the early morning hours of Saint Patrick’s Day. Troopers stopped 75 vehicles during this initiative for various violations while focusing mainly on aggressive driving and impaired operators. Throughout the saturation patrol, Troopers made 8 arrests with 4 of those arrests being for Driving Under the Influence.

• Chester Mazieka, age 68, of Derry NH was arrested for DUI.
• Sandu Moraru, age 63, of Manchester NH was arrested for DUI.  
• Brad Nicholson, age 44, of Seabrook NH was arrested for DUI.  
• Cameron Giampetruzzi, age 28, of Manchester NH was arrested for DUI.  
• Matthew Cote, age 34, of Lowell MA was arrested for Reckless Operation.
• Lyon Cumerlatto, age 21, of Fitchburg MA was arrested for Operating After Suspension.
• Yaritiza Trinidad, age 28, of Cambridge MA was arrested for Operation After Suspension.
• Jack Jerome, age 19, of Barrington NH was arrested for Negligent Driving and Transporting Alcohol by a Minor.

These type of enforcement efforts will continue into the spring season with the goal of improving safe driving on the roadways in southern New Hampshire.
