Vehicle vs. Bicycle Crash

TROY, New Hampshire – On February 2, 2024, at approximately 6:30 p.m., New Hampshire State Police Troop C were dispatched to Route 12 in the Town of Troy for a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a vehicle and a bicyclist.

The investigation revealed that a Subaru Impreza, operated by:

Kathlean Kokoszka
Age: 50
Jaffrey, NH

struck an adult male bicyclist while traveling on Route 12. The bicyclist was transported to Cheshire Medical Center with minor injuries.  Subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of Kokoszka for Driving Under the Influence.  Kokoszka was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned in the 8th Circuit Keene District Court on February 21, 2024.
