Wrong-Way Driver Arrested

TILTON, New Hampshire – On September 3, 2023, at approximately 4:20 a.m., State Police dispatch began receiving reports of a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lanes on Interstate 93. Initial callers reported the vehicle in the town of Ashland, and multiple other callers provided Troopers with location updates as the vehicle continued traveling south. The callers all reported that a small sedan was traveling the wrong way, in the left travel lane.

While Troopers were responding to the area, an officer from the Tilton Police Department was able to locate and stop the vehicle in the left lane, near Exit 20. Troopers arrived on scene a short time later and took over the investigation. After a roadside investigation had been completed,

was arrested and charged with Reckless Conduct (Felony). She was transported to the Tilton Police Department, where she was bailed and released on her own Personal Recognizance. She was ordered to appear in the Belknap County Superior Court at a later date.
