Wrong Way Driver - I-293 South, Manchester

At approximately 0110hrs on 8 January 8, 2021, Troopers from the New Hampshire State Police Troop B Barracks responded to multiple reports of a vehicle that was traveling Northbound in the Southbound lanes of I-293 in the area of Exit 4.

Trooper Tyler Duhamel was able to locate the wrong way driver and get the vehicle stopped safely in the area of mile marker 10.2 before any motorists could be injured.

The driver was identified as Takkar, Zeinab, 18 YOA, Manchester, NH. Takkar was found to be confused and inexperienced. She was cited for Reckless Operation.
